our beautiful life

Family     House     Life     Style
I know I know, it is only November (and just the beginning) BUT I could not resist putting up my christmas decor! It is after all my favorite time of the year, along side my birthday, tee hee hee!
I was extra excited to put up the tree and all the other christmas goodies because Summer is now old enough to get into it, even though she lost interest after about 30 mins..Her favorite part was for sure drinking our hot chocolates together (although mama was drinking coffee, which Summer had a few sips of..but we decided she needed her own big girl cup!) with the christmas lights lit up on our laps we drank our nice cups of yumminess , oh so pretty and fun! Husby was busy working on the tree and snapping pictures of Summer and I.

It was a fun night that is for sure. I just love Christmas, don't you? :)

We had such a good halloween this year, lots of fun things to do with this little girl!
Summer had a blast at the church harvest fair, as did mommy and daddy. Also we took Summer trick or treating for the first time, which she just loved. Such a fun time and lots of family memories made this year :)

Last night a few of us friends all got together and went to an old folks home for all the kids to pass out candy. All the kiddos dressed up in their halloween costumes and it was so adorable! Summer is a OWL this year which is perfect cause she loves owls and making the "hoo hoo" sound hehe. Yesterday when she woke up she saw her costume and when I walked in her room she started shooting "HOO HOO!.....HOO HOO!" with a big grin and was pointing at her costume :) So fun to see her get excited about it! So tonight before we left I snapped a few pictures of Summer in her costume! I actually got her to "look" at the lens by telling her "Look right here (in the lens) and maybe you will see a bug!" It worked, she was completely focused on that lens! haha...I feel a tad bit bad for telling her she MIGHT see a bug but if I didn't tell her that she would never have looked! I mean look just how cute those shots came out :) I am in love with this little girl.. It was so cute to watch her walk up to all the older folks and give them the little bags of candy that all of us mom's had made the week before :) Summer had a lot of fun with all her friends tonight!

 Both picking their nose..classy.
Sawyer was watching Summer pick hers, and then starting picking his...haha! Kids :)

Burr it has been so cold outside lately. I know I say that I love fall but when I say that, what I mean is , 60 degrees... NOT 40! I miss being able to go outside without getting a red nose, and this is just the beginning. I don't know why I live in MN..well I guess I do, family , OK and I KINDA, just a tad bit like all the change of seasons.... BUT I think I am meant for Arizona...well, maybe one day :)

Yesterday we had a girls day out. Summer, me and my mom all went out to the mall to get some lunch at CRAVE, one of my favorite places, went on some rides with Summer and ended it with some fun at the American Girl store (Summers favorite!)
We had a fun day.

Today is Friday and on Fridays Summer and I stay in. We stay in our jammies & play, relax, do some crafts, clean, watch a disney movie and play tea party.. So, today we decided to FINALLY paint our pumpkins that we bought 2 weeks ago!! Summer had a blast and though it was pretty cool.

Here are a few picture of the last could days
