our beautiful life

Family     House     Life     Style
I did a blog post like this a couple years ago, & decided to do another.
Some things are still my favorite & some things are new.

These are my "I can't live withouts" & my "guilty pleasures".
Obviously Jesus, family, food and a roof over our heads is the most important things in life , that said. this post in just about my current loves at the moment when it comes to "STUFF".

CLINIQUE foam face wash.
Love this stuff, it gets nice and sudsy & takes off all your make-up, yet gentle at the same time.
I also love that it doesn't have a strong smell. which is a must. I always like stuff "scent free".
After having babies I can't stand the smell of anything strong or perfume-y.
Number 1

Clarisonic. My parents got this for me for Christmas probably 7 years ago! I still love it and use it almost every night. You just need to replace the "brush head" every 3 months.
Number 2

EMINENCE clear Skin Moisturizer. Been using it for about 3 years & love it. I buy it in the huge container. Its pricey, but It lasts me almost a whole year.
Number 3
(I also love this)

CLINIQUE Body Butter. So creamy & soft. I have extremely dry hands in the winter & love putting this stuff on. It's not greasy and it's also scent free. It's also great stuff to use on your skin in the summer after a day in the sun.
Number 4

EMINENCE ORGANIC SKINCARE.
Love so much stuff from their skincare line.
Bamboo Firming Fluid & Strawberry Rhubarb Dermafoliant & Lime Masque (hot)
& Neroli Age Corrective Eye Serum
Number 5

Recently I tried the Warby Parker 5 free home try on glasses. So much fun getting them in the mail & seeing if they are good quality, comfy, and actually nice in person. They were all those things. I bought a pair from them & LOVE THEM!! The prescription is awesome, & the fit is perfect.
Highly recommend trying this out for yourself.
Number 6

NORDSTROMS. My favorite store to shop at for basically everything, haha!
Number 7

CHASER brand clothing.
My favorite place to get these is NORDSTROM RACK. Much cheaper than buying it off Chaser itself. They are so trendy and cute. One of my favorite chaser shirts I own. The back is just so cute!
Number 8

RAG & BONE.
For years & years I bought a million pair of jeans, from abercrombie, macys, express, gap, etc. They never fit me perfect & I would always get sick of them. They also seemed to stretch out after I wore them all day & so I would need to wash them & shrink them so they fit nice again, annoying. I found a pair of RAG AND BONE jeans on a sale rack while I was shopping at Nordstrom about 3 years ago. SCORE! Boy did that change the way I bought jeans forever. They fit my body PERFECT. They are so comfy, soft, & have the perfect stretch. They are still my favorite jeans to this day & I bought them 3 years ago. Tested & true. Worth the expense in my opintion. When you see them on sale, get em! you won't regret it.
Number 9

WILDFOX.
I have only ever bought sweaters from this brand. There sweaters are fun, cute, trendy & have the cutest stuff written on them. Like my political sweater, haha! Yes, I did wear this when I went to vote.
Oh and they are SO SOFT!
Number 10

PMD
Personal Microderm replicates the treatments given by professionals by using the same Aluminum Oxide crystals on the patented spinning discs. Leaves your skin feeling uber soft and fresh.
Number 11

Ray Bans Aviators. Been my favorite for years now.
Number 12

HUNTERS
I wear these almost daily. I wore them a lot this year when running errands even in the snow, even rather than my Sorels!  I just love, love, love hunters! They make inserts for them so your feet stay warm when you choose to wear them in the winter. They are actually very comfy and stylish at the same time. Goes with anything. But my favorite way to wear them is in my Yoga pants ;).
Number 13

I love this Nars lipgloss. It's been a favorite of mine for probably 3 years now. Color is - Turkish Delight
Number 14

MAC lip stick.
My favorite color to wear is -HUE.
Its the perfect nude. I love a good nude lipstick. My other favorite nude lipsticks from MAC are:
 - Creme D'Nude - Myth - Fleshpot -
Number 15

This is my favorite necklace of all time. I wear it on the daily, goes with anything & everything & is so simple yet elegant. It also has extra special meaning to me because this was my "Push Gift" from Adam when I had London. If you don't know what a Push gift is then you are missing out my friend! I had no clue this "gift" existed when I had my first baby, Summer. So when I had L, Adam made sure to get me something super special. Something that I had my eye on for many, many months.
Side note- I also have super sensitive skin, cheap necklaces make my chest get red, itchy and sometimes even break out in little bumps. Not cool. So another reason I love this necklace. I could wear it for days straight & my skin won't react.
Number 17

Got this stuff for Christmas from my dad about 3 years ago, & have been hooked ever since. It is such a great smell, relaxing, helps you fall asleep and good for the muscles.
Number 18

You can find this at Total Wine. Its the roscato d'asti, red.
Number 19

I got this blanket while it was on sale. & I am so glad I did cause it costs an arm and a leg. After having it for a day I wasn't sure I would keep it since it was so spendy. But every time I snuggle up or want to get cozy, or at night when we watch shows, no blanket quite does it now that I have this. I realize that sounds ridiculous. But if you know me, I can't even sit on the couch to "snuggle in" without a blanket to snuggle up with. This blanket is so soft it feels like you just set a fluffy cloud onto your lap. It's not heavy, yet keeps you warm and cozy. I told Adam I don't think I can go on trips without it, I must find a way to pack this in my suitcase!

I cant believe it. My little Summer is going to be starting preschool NEXT MONTH. Its kinda surreal. She just made the cut off so she will be the youngest but I know that wont be a problem for Summer as she is very much a "people / kid" person, loves kids! Summer and I are going to start "school shopping" soon! That is so much fun to say! At this point, I realize this is more fun for me then it is for Summer. But who knows this may be the only year I really get to "choose" the clothing. Although when we were at target today and I wanted to look at school clothes everything I held up she either said "No, I don't really like that" Or "....mayyyyybe" she just kept picking out little tutu skirts and I didn't feel like buying more of those. We left empty handed as far as clothes go. She did find a purse she LOVED so we left with that and she has been carrying it around her shoulder all day. It does look very cute on her, I must say. Good choice Sum!

Here are some things on my list for school shopping.

Here is her little purse.

I love reading blogs about fashion, style, design, DIY projects, beauty, hair, make-up, skincare & all that sort of stuff.

I thought I would talk about all my favorite little things that make me smile from make-up, jewelry, skincare and whatever else comes to mind.

First off lets talk about my favorite jewelry. or should I say PIECE of jewelry.  I love, love, love twisted-silver..seriously they have the most unique, fun, classy, trendy jewelry ever. when I say jewelry I am mostly talking about their necklaces! Love them
I bought this piece about 2 months ago and couldn't be more obsessed with it. It literally can go with anything. Dressed up in heals and skinny jeans, or dressed down in my baseball cap & yoga gear. Just what I want in a necklace.

My Husby recently just bought me this necklace. This was a just because I love you necklace. I sent him a text with a link to where this necklace was telling him this necklace was 60% off and only for a day..next thing I knew he already had bought it for me! what a guy right?!

Both these Necklaces are from twisted-silver. I have my eyes on a few more, but those will have to wait ;)...
Twisted Silver

Ok how many of you love baths?! Let me just make 1 thing clear..no 2 things clear.
#1 baths are not just for babies & kids & #2 baths are not only for women!
I have this amazing stuff that my Dad got me for Christmas last year. He knows that I have a hard time falling asleep at night. I got home and tried this stuff and it literally works people. I fell sound asleep! Not only does it really help you to relax and to fall asleep but it smells heavenly. Also, they have different kinds, not just this sooth sleep one. they have a relax & relief a comfort and calm a Therapeutic one. They have whatever you need to feel AMAZING, no seriously. They make them in bath salt and also a foaming bath.
Ok, stop reading this, go buy / order yourself some of this amazing stuff then come back & we will continue talking.
  Dr. Teals

Now for my favorite skincare products. After a long day my favorite thing to do at night is come home and take off all my make-up and apply my amazing skincare products. Now a couple of these products can really dry out my skin (anyones skin) so its very important to have a really nice moisturizer.

One of the things I love dearly is my Clarisonic!  My parents bought it for me 2 Christmases ago and I have been using it religiously ever since.
Clarisonic

After I wash all my makeup off, every night to every other night I use these retinoid pads. These are awesome. Love them. This is a great Anti-aging product.
Miracle Worker

After my retinoid pads I use 4 drops of Skinceuticals blemish + Age serum. (my skin is prone to
breakouts and this has helped a lot.)
Blemish + Age Defense

Last I use my favorite, favorite moisturizer. This is by Eminence Organic skincare line and I can honestly tell my skin just loves this stuff and feels like a baby's butt after I put this on. It feels heavenly.
They have a ton of great skin care products and I love that its organic.

Once a week or every other week I use my PMD (Personal Microderm)
This is a great at home device to get the results you would get if you go in and get this professionally  done at a clinic. This is a noninvasive form of exfoliation and mild skin resurfacing that removes the dead skin cells from the outer layer of the skin.
PMD

Some of my favorite make-up

I love Bobbi Brown. Mostly, the Shimmer brick and her make up brushed that feel heavenly on the skin.

<3 hope everyone has an awesome Wednesday!

Today I sit here not sure what to write about, feeling very unmotivated. But still I decided to write in my blog.

A few new things here at "home with the fudges" ..
We are just loving our new home, the snow is melting and I am finally starting to get a peek at our backyard which has been covered in snow! I still haven't seen our backyard all pretty and beautiful! Everyday Summer is wanting to go swimming in our pool, & everyday I can see the pool more and more as the snow melt off and I know its not to much longer when her and I can have pool days! Let me just say, I'm excited for those days where Summer takes a long nap and I can lay out by the pool and soak up some rays!

One new thing with me is I have been running, and if any of you know me very well this is something I don't normally do. I dislike running very much. I probably haven't ran since 2nd grade, sad I know. I have always ran a LITTLE bit while at the gym...maybe 7-10 mins at a time..
But I have made the decision to run a 5K this Spring / summer.
Adam and I have been at the gym getting our run on and I can now run 2 miles before having to walk, now all of you "runners" out there can just stop laughing right now! As I said, I am new to this ;)

Wish me luck people! Ill keep ya posted.

Ok now some news I am actually excited and happy to talk about, (no, no baby news!) In just 4 weeks we are going to DISNEY WORLD! Oh happy day! The last time we were there was THREE years ago (geeeez) and I was pregnant. Now my little Summer is two and a half and I can not wait to take her here! The whole family is going.. My parents, Tyler, Jessica, Rylen & then Adam, Summer and I. Seriously, my most favorite place on earth! I don't care that I'm 24..No, ill shout it from the roof tops FAVORITE PLACE IN THE WORLD! I will never be to old for Disney.
Planning & getting the clothing is one of the fun parts right? Here are some things on my list.

Well, christmas is right around the corner, and yes, we have had our christmas decor up since like november 10th or so? I just love christmas time and everything christmas brings. Family, friends, Gifts, Food, Love, and just a hole big pile of FUN. It is one of the best times of the year in my book, and it is certainly the best holiday! If only it didn't have to bring along the cold gross weather I would be one happy, happy girl!! Yes, the snow is just gorgeous, but, the coldness I could certainly do without.

I have been dropping major hints to the hubby about what I want for christmas this year and I certainly have a certain something I am really wishing for, REALLY wishing for. it is the Mickael Kors runway watch in gold. Just gorgeous, beautiful, perfect!
